Objective

This training aims to provide participants with a clear understanding of what stress and anger are, signs and symptoms of stress and anger, and their impacts on mental and physical health, productivity, relationships, and communication, scientific and truth-based causes of stress and anger, tools for self-assessment to identify their personal stress and anger triggers, techniques for preventing stress and healing from it, as well as strategies for managing work-related stress. Therefore, upon completion of this training program, the trainees are expected to have the ability to:

  • Understand and distinguish the definition and various types of stress.
  • Recognize and evaluate the symptoms and signs of stress.
  • Investigate the relationship between anger and stress.
  • Examine the lasting consequences of unmanaged stress.
  • Identify the root causes of stress and anger.
  • Differentiate between the types of anger and understand the anger cycle.
  • Apply effective principles of stress management.
  • Implement a variety of techniques to prevent and alleviate stress, such as rest, breathing exercises, and meditation.
  • Utilize water and natural minerals as stress management tools.
  • Develop strategies for work prioritization and establish a realistic work plan to address stress.
  • Identify the early signs of anger and observe anger patterns.
  • Apply techniques for de-escalation before reacting.
  • Identify foods, environmental factors, and behaviors that enhance tolerance and alleviate anger.

He is a part-time Executive Director for a humanitarian coalition, that promotes human rights, democracy, and the rule of law. With 28 years in development, including civil society capacity building and coordinating UN national projects, he has provided various courses related to Healing Spiritually and Physically through Buddhist Tools and Psycho-Wellbeing Management Skills.
