Overview

Objective

  • Apply TNA models, including Instructional Systems Design (ISD), to identify needs at organizational, operational, and individual levels.
  • Collect and analyze data using surveys, interviews, observation, and competency-based gap analysis to define priorities.
  • Design training solutions that address skill gaps, align with objectives, use appropriate delivery methods, and support competency development.
  • Develop TNA reports and plans to communicate findings, prioritize programs, track implementation, and measure outcomes against competency growth.
