Overview
Employee payments vary depending on the type of employment contract, what work conditions, working shifts, years of working they are, and how it was made or ended by the parties…etc. Although methods for payment calculation have been instructed by the Cambodian Labor law, calculating the payment calculation for employees has been a challenge for many enterprises; however.
The employers must ensure that the employee’s payment is correctly calculated and complies with Cambodian Labor law. By law, employers must apply and practice the calculation method for all the payments defined in the Cambodian Labor Law and the recent amendment of the Labour Law 2018 and Prakas No. 443 on Payment of Seniority Indemnity.
This training program will provide the correct methods for calculating the payments with supporting reference documents (Laws and Regulations) for each calculation. Most importantly, the calculation Methodology of the Seniority Indemnity Payment.
Objective
This training program aims to provide a practical practice on payment calculation methods that have been instructed and exercised in the Cambodian Labor Law. The course will also provide appropriate payment calculation methods with given Laws and regulations as supporting references for each calculation. Upon the completion of this training program, the trainees will be able to:
- Determine and apply the calculation methods for the annual leave entitlement
- Identify the prior notice and calculate the final payment for different kinds of contracts (FDC & UDC)
- Exercise the legal termination procedure and calculate the final payment settlement for the termination of each contract (FDC & UDC)
- Practice payment calculation methodology of the seniority indemnity payment
- Practice payment calculation methodology of the work and overtime on normal work-day, public holidays, night-shift work, and at Night.
- Apply the relevant provisions in the labor legislation in handling employee payments calculation within the organization
- Ensure overall compliance with the calculation methods which have been instructed and enforced by law
- Get updated information on legal issues related to payment

This training covers essential aspects of calculating and managing employee compensation and benefits in accordance with Cambodian labor regulations. It includes detailed explanations and practical examples on calculating regular wages, overtime wages, severance pay, public holiday pay, leave pay, and others payments.The course will cover the most important 8 modules:
