As an organization dedicated to empowerment and development, ActionAid Cambodia highly values the partnership we have cultivated with Cambodia Management Academy (CamMA) over the last five years. Most recently, CamMA collaborated with us to deliver a comprehensive four-day in-house training program on "Leadership and Management Skills" from September 11-14, 2018. This intensive program attracted 22 participants, ranging from supervisors to managers, hailing from various positions and departments within ActionAid Cambodia. Having been an integral part of the training evaluation committee and closely involved in the training implementation, we have consistently found CamMA to be a provider of exceptional service and professionalism. Their commitment to quality and excellence was evident in the overall training arrangements, the relevance and depth of the course content, the trainers' approachable demeanor, their deep subject matter expertise, and their adept facilitation skills. In addition to these strengths, CamMA stands out for fostering mutual accountability, which we believe is vital for the success of any training program. As a tip to other organizations considering similar initiatives, we recommend careful planning to enable full participation and benefit from the program, ensuring clear communication of the training objectives and the expected commitment from staff. We commend CamMA for their unwavering dedication to delivering impactful training programs and look forward to continuing our partnership for many more years to come.
